Yes! We maintain secure inventory facilities, follow strict quality control measures, and provide multi-channel customer support. Our website is built on Shopify for a secure shopping experience.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using standard courier services. For more details on shipping methods, destinations, and estimated delivery times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Orders are sent directly from our warehouse to your specified address. Please check our Shipping Policy for specific details.

Order Issues & Missing Items

If your product does not include a manual, please: Contact us with your order number and product code. If available, we will provide a downloadable manual. If the manual is in development, we will send it once available.

Check the product description on our website to confirm if the accessory should be included. If confirmed missing, contact us with your order details. Provide a reference image if needed. If verified, we will send the missing part free of charge.

Contact us with your order number and product code. For major missing components, we may investigate as a "lost/stolen in delivery" case. Smaller missing parts will be re-sent to you as soon as possible.

Check all packaging, as smaller items may be inside larger boxes. Review order status and emails for possible split shipments. If an item is missing, contact us with your order details. If a shipping error or theft is suspected, contact the courier and file a claim.

Customs & Import Issues

We provide all necessary documents for customs clearance. If duties apply, the courier may pay them first, and you will reimburse the cost. If your order is delayed in customs, contact us for assistance.

You are responsible for ensuring the product is allowed in your country before ordering. If customs reject delivery due to local regulations, we cannot offer compensation. If you refuse to pay duties or fail to respond to customs requests, refunds will not be issued.

Payment & Security

No, we require advance payment through secure online payment methods.

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, including MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and bank transfers.

All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments. ChicGlowStyle staff will never request your credit card details or login credentials. Beware of fraudulent emails.

Returns, Refunds, & Warranty

If the issue persists, contact us with order details and troubleshooting steps taken. If eligible, we will arrange a return under warranty.

If under warranty and not physically damaged, it may be eligible for a return or exchange. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Contact us before returning any product. You cover return shipping costs, while ChicGlowStyle covers the shipping of replacements.

Checking Order Status

Paid: Payment received, processing will start soon. Processing: Order is being prepared (1-3 business days). Partial Order Dispatched: Some items have shipped; others are still processing. Dispatched/Shipped Out: The order has left our warehouse. Pending/Payment Authorized: Awaiting payment clearance. Cancelled: The order was not paid and has been canceled. Refunded: A refund has been processed (timing depends on the payment provider).

Returns & After-Sales Service

RMA Response: Within 24 hours. Return Window: Ship the item back within 7 days of RMA approval. Refund Processing: Shopify Payments: 48 hours. Credit Cards: 10-14 business days. Exchanges: In-stock items: 1-3 business days. Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days.
